D.  Public Comment

The Library Board invites citizens to address the Board on any matter, except items on the agenda and public hearings that are included on the agenda. Comments related to items on the agenda and public hearings will be heard when the specific item/hearing starts. Citizen comments are limited to three (3) minutes, unless otherwise required by law. To address the Board, please fill out a Public Comment Card and submit it to a staff member prior to the Public Comment section on the agenda. The Library Board is not permitted to take any action or discuss any item not listed on the agenda. The Board may choose to place the item on a future agenda.

E.  Presentation and Updates

Hear a report from the Friends of the Sunnyvale Public Library. 

Hear the Director and Financial reports for October 2025. 

F.  Discussion and Action Items

Discuss, consider, and act upon the minutes of the September 16, 2025 Library Board meeting. 

Discuss recent and upcoming programming at the Doris Padgett Public Library. 

Discuss, consider, and act upon the scheduling of Library Board meetings for February, March, and April of 2026.

Perform a SWOT analysis of the Doris Padgett Public Library to develop a new Long Range Plan for the years 2026-2031.
